Chateau Rental Rates

The picture above is a good representation of our vibrant coastal towns in the summer. They are an experience in themselves, yet there is much more to see in the local area and throughout Normandy, at all times of year. Our rates vary through the seasons and within each season. Our main aim is to see that you have a holiday to remember, at a reasonable cost. Contact us at any time and we will give an exact rate for the weeks you are considering, the information below should give you a fair outline.

Seasonal rental guide

All bookings are from Saturday pm to the following Saturday am, except for Christmas and New Year.

Low Season £500 - £950 per week - January, February, March, April.

Mid Season £950 - £1500 per week - May to June & September to December.

High Season £1850 - £1950 per week - The whole of July & August.

The only exceptions to the above are Easter, Christmas and New year, where rates may vary, for which we will be happy to give you an exact quote.

Adjustments for your party

The rates above largely vary by period, although we are always prepared to make a small adjustment if that is fair to your group. Quite often, particularly out of season, we welcome small groups who value the chateau as an ideal spot for a break. If the number of guests coming is less than the norm, we will try to help. This makes the holiday more reasonable for them and reflects our reduced costs. We appreciate that a smaller group will use less fuel, electricity and clean linen.

We do try to make rental rates for the chateau fair and highly competitive. Our main wish, is to see other people enjoy the facilities that we are fortunate to enjoy ourselves a few weeks a year. What is included in the cost

Pretty much everything. Take a look at the detailed list of chateau amenities, which are quite inclusive. Neither do we make any extra charge for electricity, fuel for the central heating, parking, or the use of any chateau facilities. We believe you should be able to enjoy your holiday without needing to think of extras.

There is a moderate security deposit, which is almost always returned in full, as the guests at our chateau invariably care for the property. There is also a 60 euro deposit for electronic keys, to open the gates. This is returned when they are handed back in at the end of your holiday.
