How to book

  • When you have read through our website, including the booking conditions, give us a call on 01932 851508 to check available dates. You can reserve your holiday by phone, or email, although confirmation in writing is needed within five days.
  • To confirm the booking, go to our booking form and complete this as well as you are able, final details of all party members can always be forwarded later. The booking form can be printed off and completed by hand if you wish, although this is easier to fill in on the website, by typing in your details. You can then print the form, another copy for your records, or save a copy on your PC.
  • Send the form by mail (5 Latymer Close, Weybridge, Surrey KT13 9ER) with your deposit cheque for one third of the total hire charge, along with £100 security deposit for each week you want to book. Cheques should be made payable to Robert & Nesta Hollis.
  • We will promptly confirm your reservation in writing, giving the final amount needed for your holiday. Payment will fall due eight weeks before your holiday begins.
  • Once your full payment arrives, we will acknowledge that, confirm your dates and send our 10 page Welcome Pack. This will provide all the information you need to enjoy your holiday, including local contact addresses, details about the keys and directions to the chateau.
